HORNER CSCAPE mini usb

I have recently intalled the latest version of Cscape 9.9.

i am unable to connect the plc using Mini USB cable.
unable to see the driver in device manager(even though it got installed at the time of cscape installtion successfully).

MY OS is windows 10 Home version.

Any solution please ??

I tried it,
the link of the driver with the name "Drivers for OCS mini Usb port "
does not contain any setup file except for setup information and read me file.

Plz share if u have the setup file.
