Gefran 1200 Temperature Controller

Hi
Can anyone please explain how Gefran TC 1200 works for Cool /Heat.

We have plastics extruder which needs 120c. The fan should come on when temperature exceeds this. And heater should come on when temperature drops below 120c.

Not sure how the alarm and output system work on Gefran 1200.

Is Alarm out put for Heater to come on?
