OP177B touch screen problem - PLCS.net

Hi guys..
We have OP177B and any touch fonctions don't work.Keys are working well..Does anybody know anything about it?

Probably broken.
If you want to know why, investigate if there are scratches in the touch folio - like if someone used a screwdriver or similar to operate it.
Siemens has a protection folio for the touch screen that makes this less likely to happen again.

Have you tried re-calibration in the WinCE Control panel?
