a problem of the mitubishi plc for the beginner

hello , everybody , i just begin to learn how to program for the mitubishi plc. following is the program for control the speed of pump.
who can tell me it is ok or not

d1 : flow measurement
d2 : setpoint
d3 : output to the F. convert

The code you write is to simple and your motor will continuosly be under stress. You should include a hysteresis in your code
