AB Inview Cable 2706-PCABLE1

Does anyone know the pinouts for an AB 2706-PCABLE1 programming cable for Inview displays? I need to build one.

It's DB-9 female at one end and RJ12 at the other end. Specifics of pinouts don't seem to be anywhere.

InView PCABLE1 Cable
