ABB inveter cannot reverse

Dear all

I have one problem with ABB (ACS 800, i do not remeber clearly) inveter.
Forward :It was running but when I run with reverse the motor cannot run.
Parameter 10.01 :EXT1
10.03 :REQUEST
Anybody help me to correct it

Check Parameter 2001 and 2007. Minimum speed and frequency is defined as maximum speed NEGATIVE. So, for example, on an ordinary 1800rpm motor set to run full speed in both directions, you will need -1800 in 2001 and/or
-60Hz in 2007.

This is a common difficulty with ABB drives but is does have advantages.

Let us know if this is the problem.

The last time I set up a ACS 800, in order to get it to run the motor in reverse, it seems like I had to place a jumper from 24+ to an input on the terminal strip. I think it was a reverse enable, but not sure. Sorry, I don't remember the terminal #, but the manual should show it.
