Setting up a new processor as we do not have the password for the old one.
I am having issues with the unit retaining the code. It will hold the IP address but will lose the code on powercycle. Now the Eth port has shutdown and will not communicate. Is there a way to factory reset this module wihtout going online to it?

Check the documentation for hard reset.

But to the other issue with code not retaining, do you create a 'boot project' before power cycle?

Hi guys!

I have one PLC ABB PM564-RP-ETH protected with password 10 years ago. Password is missing and I can't connect online without it, so I need to reset the PLC to factory condition (password too). Does anyone know how to do it? In the documentation there is no info about that.

Thanks!
