"ACS 550 Drive not showing Remote signal"

Dear ALL,

I am having an old installed ACS 550 drive from yesterday onwards its remote signal is not showing up on CDP even if after pressing Remote keypad many time, thus we are failing to turn on the drive remotely.

Any leads is appreciable.
