Adding users to FactoryTalk Admin Console

Hello,

I am having issues with adding users to FT Admin Console. I have never had an issue with this before. As I am able to add the user successfully, give them admin privileges, and it will work for about a day or so. Then a few days later, the account is gone off of the users list of Admin Console.

Has anyone had this issue before?
 
Welcome to the forum! I have not had this issue. But I would look at the Windows Event log after this happens. Also I believe there is something called Factory Talk Diagnostics log
