After uploading Panelbuilder32 .PVA it doesn't upload tags

I have a Panel View 550 Cat 2711-K5A2 Ser E. I'm using a 1747-UIC USB to DH-485.

I can upload the file .PVA ok. I can even convert it to .PBA.

My problem is that the tags or comm setup files don't get uploaded.

What am I doing wrong?

Figured out my problem was that I installed PB32 on a win 7-64 bit. It let me upload it, create new files, etc. but would not open the uploaded files correctly the first time.

I had to email files to Rockwell. They opened it up and convert it to .PBA for me and then was able to view all of it.

I guess it needs to be opened for first time on a Win xxx 32bit first. oh well.
