algorithm for controller

This question is not realted with PLC. We are trying to measure the flow rate . For that we are using ORIFICE plate as a sensor. It will give us volumetric flow rate. But i want this flow rate in mass flow terms. For that it is necessary to multiply volumetric flow rate by the density. Now, as temp and pressure for the flow varies, then its density varies. My question is that ,how the compensation for the temp & pressure is achieved for the density?
I want to write the formula as ALGORITHM for the controller we r using.

If anybody knows the formula please help me. It is required.
