Allen Bradley 1762-IF4 input module scaling problem

I have 1769-IF4 module and 1766 micrologix 1400 series B controller, when connecting Analogue input in module it's showing maximum values of +32767 all time in all channels after removing the input connection it's still showing maximum value 32767
What is the reason module have any damages

Module configured in Raw/ proportional 4 to 20ma

You might try putting a jumper across unused channels. (noise can cause this)
