The hole size to mount a through door handle is 65mm to 70mm.

I can not find a punch that will work in Stainless Steel.

What are you using to punch this hole?

I would like to find a punch that would work that does not require additional work because the hole is just a little small.

The Greenlee 730BB-2-3/4 is the correct size. Although, it is only for mild steel, not stainless.

Any ideas?
