Hi
what will be the value shown in the analog address memory read by PLC if I have 4-20 mA or 0-10v sensor signal,will this be 0 to 32000 Decimals?or 0 to 64000dec ?

32000 is for 16 bit data
64000 is for 32 bit data am i right?

so please tell me how can i set my scale upper and lower input limit???

please tell me for mitsubishi MELSEC series plc and GX developer as well for GX IEC developer software,if any difference in reading.

I think the resolution will be defaulted at 0-4000 for a digital value but what you need to do is go to mitsubishi's website and download the manual for the analog module you are using. You will need to enable and configure each channel and the details on how to do that is in the manual. You can select a different resolution if you want but it will depend on the setup written to the buffer memories.

Hope this helps,

Dave

16 bits means 2 the power 15 means 2 multiply by 15 time (with 0 bits)
2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2x2=32768
