Analog Output on MicroLogix 1400 1766-L32BWAA

Hey I'm a student working on a project. I trying to control a 0-10V driver using the analog output on the ML 1400. To test and output I've been writing 32767 into the data table and my meter will read 0V. What am I doing wrong here?

I think it should be 0-4095 = 0-10 volts.
connection should be between COM ANA and OV0 or OV1

Page 6 briefly talks about the analog out channels. It does show a span up to 32760. With that it is possible that if you enter a value of 32767 that you would get 0VDC.

I have been using different values; such as 1000, 3275, and 16248, and i always measure 0v between COM ANA and OV0 ( using work 4 in the output table)

Yes the meter is functional.

Yes it is in RUN mode.I have tested the inputs (I0.0) and the the other outputs (O0.0) and they have been working fine. I have everything properly grounded.

I have burned up analog outputs on an MLX1400 quite easily. Could you have shorted one of the wires to 24V?

That is quite possible since the unit is from a parts room at my school. What can i do if this is the case?

The other channel does not work as well
