Anyone use a 6ES7972-0AA02-0XA0 485 repeater

I have a customer attempting to use one of my cables (USB to Profibus) and is having issues connecting, I have never used one but it looks like it has a DP port on it?

Anyone use them and if so what did you connect to it with

I have used them, alot... They are usually used to increase the distance of a DP segment. They can be used for DP or MPI, depends on the network. I have used a dedicated Siemens PG to connect or a Siemens serial to DP converter, never tried a USB version.
Is your customer using Step 7 or TIA portal? Did they select the correct interface from within the software? How does your device usually show up in the list?
