Hello,

I have a baumuller bmaxx 4400 I am trying to turn a motor with using ProDrive software.

Everything works fine until I try to give it a start command in any control mode, the message is " the drive didn't react on command".

I am unsure now whether it is a software fault or a hardware fault of the drive. Anyone has any ideas?
