Bootstrap service is not found in remote machine

Hey!

I am working on Archestra IDE, and I have tried to communicate the galaxy with other networked machines, but I am getting this error, could someone help me about it. Thanks.

To configure the machine, I did it by the name of it (I've also tried using the machine IP address but it did not work too). I work with virtual machines.
