Can't update Studio 5000 file to V33

Hello,

I am having issues updating a studio 5000 file to V33. Its currently on V32. When I go into Properties>Change Controller>Software revision it only gives me V32 and no other options. I have V33 downloaded and installed as I used it before. Is there something I am missing?
 
Are you able to create a new project in v33?

My guess is that it didn't finish installing. Maybe the installer needed to reboot, then never finished where it left off? Look in Add/Remove programs to see if v33 is listed.
