CCW 8....Any word on release and new features?

Anyone heard anything as far as when Connected Component Workbench 8 will be released and what will be new in it.

I hope they finally have some rudimentary form of online edits.

Most other PLC Open based systems I have used have some form of Rebuild/Download changes option. Anything would be better than nothing.

I am afraid if they add anything it will just make the program too big to fit on my hard drive.

I like CCW 7, but I wish they did a better job of integrating the things you add to the project. If you have a Micro820 and some 4M drives, you'd think it might suggest you setup the Micro and drive for Modbus and other similar things.

Developer edition now has Runmode changes

Also now has archive manager to make moving projects easier.
