Certified Automation Professional - Any Thoughts?

My other pet beef is being interviewed by HR - HOPELESS RETARDS!I have had many jobs offered over the years and if the interview was to be conducted by HR I declined the interview! They know absolutely nothing and are a complete waste of time - I do not like wasting my time.
My missus applied for a job as a payroll manager here in Ozz with a brewery. She had to do an online phsyc test. Failed of course with no explanation. Vastly experienced too. That was 7 years ago - many have applied over that time and they still do not have a payroll manager. What a load of crock!!!!

Funny HR story I read on a message board for current and prospective federal government employees:

An engineer had applied for a position he knew he was qualified for, but the HR person told him he was't qualified because his transcript didn't show enough hours of math classes. So he went over the transcript with her, pointing out all the math classes he'd taken. But when he got to Calculus 101, she politely informed him that "Calculus isn't math", because, you see, if it was a math class it would have a name like Math 101, Math 201, etc.
