Cheap PLC to Support SNMP

I'm looking at any kind of PLC that I can use to act as an SNMP client. I'm currently looking at the Micrologix 1400 as the possible cheapest AB possibility but I'm open to anything.

Siemens has a library to do SNMP in their PLCs. The code is for the 1500, but it works in a 1200 as well. A 1211 has ethernet onboard, and it starts pretty cheap.

FYI, your link says that he'd have to build the SNMP protocol from scratch. This is true of almost any PLC that can send generic UDP packets (often called open socket comms).
