Cimplicity Alarm Class Configuration

Hi, im facing an issue to change the alarm level into another state in the alarm class configuration in Cimplicity.

Im trying to change the alarm level from "HiHi" to "Hi", and every time i hit apply the configuration goes back to the original state which is "HiHi"

Is there anyway where i can change the settings ?

Hi,
The alarm level is not a value or setting you can change. It is the item you select to change its foreground and background. After you close the dialog and reopen it, the alarm level displays default selection which is hihi.
Try to change foreground or background of any alarm level, hit ok then reopen the dialog, you will see the change for that alarm level has been saved.
