Communication between PLC Modicon (Quantum) and Siemens Panel (MP277)

Hi everyone,

I'm installing a MultiPanel 277 touch (MP277) on a machine where I've a Modicon PLC, the thing is that in order to have communication I need a RS422/RS232 converter (which I have) and a Siemens Cable S7 adaptor HMI to PC/TS (the siemens No. is 6ES7901-1BF00-0XA0) and I was wondering if anyone knows the configuration of this cable, because I think that I might be able to make it instead of buying it.
