Compact logic card frozen -1769-if16C

My PLC is currently running the program and the process is still live. One of my 1769-if16C cards values are all frozen but the card is not faulted.
Wondering if there is anything I can do to fix this and keep the PLC/Process running.
Is Replacing the card my only option?.
Can I replace card without causing a fault/shutdown?

You could try inhibiting and uninhibiting the module online. I can't absolutely guarantee it won't cause any problems, but if your plant is still running with the values frozen, I can't imagine it can do any worse.

It's probably unlikely to fix anything, but worth a shot if you can't shut down.
