Comunication HMI and PC

Hi

Regards to all people.

I bought a HMI Red Lion G304K200. I installed the Crimson 3.0 in my PC and I made the cable PT# BLPRO4K (serial cable).

I have problem with the comunication between the PC and HMI.
Only the first time that connected the HMI to PC (in serial mode), I achieved transfer only a screen to test. Now, I dont know that happen, I cant transfer and show the next message "Error. - No there arent acknowledgment from the destination equipment".

I need your help please.

What did you transfer ? what are the LED's doing anything? (flashing)

You can also try this.... It should set it back to factory default and clear your program

I followed your advice and reset the HDMI. Now I can transfer in mode serial.
