Concept 2.5 timeout and retry limit for Modbus

I have Momentum with Modbus port for programming.
I need remote connecting from Concept 2.5 to Momentum through Ehernet.
I have scheme:
PC with Concept 2.5 - Ehernet - PC with COM port - RS-232 - Momentum's Modbus Port.
The special software on the both PC made virtual Com Port on the PC with Concept 2.5.
The Concept have connection with Momentum. But very often packages are lost. And Concept have a connection timeout. Therefore I can't download the program.
How I can increase in Concept retry limit for Modbus port?
