CP 1243-7 LTE communication with Workstation WinCC V8.0 and Wifi

Hello,

I want to establish LTE communications (2 S7-1200) with common Workstation.
All i have is 1200CPU with 6GK7243-7KX30-0XE0, 6NH9860-1AA00 & sim at RTU end. And Workstation with Wifi, WinCC V8.0 & TeleControl Server Basic 8 V3.1; Single License for 1 installation; OPC (UA).
For more details refer to attached pdf
1. Possible to this this communication with our scalance M8XX router at workstation end.
2. If so please share the Step by step procedure / manual for the same.
