I have a S7400 414-2 DP fw5.3 with a CP443 6GK443-1EX30 fw3.0 and FM350-2 on profinet

The interface module is a 6ES7153-4BA00 fw 4.0 (ET200M interface module)

All the I/O in the rack function (and drives on the network) fine but the FM counters will not count and I get a system fault regarding I/O access errors with the FM's

The problem is with the CP because I can move the same configuration to a CPU with a built in PN port and it works fine (I move this rack to the on board PN port with the cpu)

I am using the latest PN blocks v2.x (that I know of) for the FM350-2 on profinet

Can someone please verify if the FM350-2 works in a CP443 6GK443-1EX30 ?

Or ANY S7400 CP

I really just need a confirmation that this will work or not- or you have a similar S7400 system working

I know this doesnt work on an S7300 and a CP

THANKS!

Thanks
Since it’s profinet I’m using the pn blocks.
So those are sfb52/53 inside the counter blocks (the way I see it)
I couldn’t find any info if those are supported with a CP
You find anything in the CP manual?

sigmadelta

Those are great ideas.

My FM350-2 config software is V6.0 sp1 ( that's the latest I see)

I will check and update my IM153 if needed. I know its 4.x something but I don't know if its 4.0.3 (which is the latest)
I noticed the FM350-2 2AH00 firmware cannot be updated but the 2AH01 can be.
I tried both the 2AH00 and 2AH01 on site but the results were the same- but I didn't look at the firmware of the 2AH01 that I tried though.

I plan to be onsite next week to try this again

I appreciate your thoughts on this
