and may i know what is the channel for the OD212(Output card)?

Yes - starts at 0.00 to 0.15.
The output card is 100.00 to 100.15.

You would not require another input module.
There are 16 built in inputs available.
You may want to download the W226 manual for more information.

another question for me now, that is i had connect DC24V to input and output, but when i short the input, the light on it is switch ON, but the ladder diagram in the CX-Programmer does not show it is short(not light up). what is the error occur?
