Good morning, experts!

I have a Siemens PLC and IO that I need to cross to Rockwell, and I have zero experience with the Siemens line of products so I'm worried that I might miss something.

The Siemens PLC is a 6ES7-510-1SJ010AB0
The IO is
- 6ES7-136-6BA000CA0 (module) + 6ES7-193-6BP00-0DA0 (base)
- 6ES7-136-6BA000CA0 (module) + 6ES7-193-6BP00-0BA0 (base)
- 6ES7-136-6DB000CA0 (module) + 6ES7-193-6BP00-0BA0 (base)
- 6ES7-131-6BH010BA0 (module) + 6ES7-193-6BP20-0DA0 (base)
- 6ES7-131-6BH010BA0 (module) + 6ES7-193-6BP20-0BA0 (base)
- 6ES7-132-6BH000BA0 (module) + 6ES7-193-6BP20-0DA0 (base)

Would anyone familiar with both platforms be willing to shed some light on what the Rockwell hardware would be that cover the same bases? The application will involve motion and safety! Please let me know if I can provide any additional information to make this easier.

Thank you in advance!

I have added some descriptions to your list. Hopefully it helps to find a similar Rockwell offering.

The Siemens PLC is a 6ES7-510-1SJ010AB0
[This is a 1510SP F-1PN. It is the smallest possible CPU with safety]

The IO is
- 6ES7-136-6BA000CA0 (module) + 6ES7-193-6BP00-0DA0 (base)
- 6ES7-136-6BA000CA0 (module) + 6ES7-193-6BP00-0BA0 (base)
[these are 8-channel 24V digital safety inputs]
- 6ES7-136-6DB000CA0 (module) + 6ES7-193-6BP00-0BA0 (base)
[this is a 4-channel 24V digital safety output]
- 6ES7-131-6BH010BA0 (module) + 6ES7-193-6BP20-0DA0 (base)
- 6ES7-131-6BH010BA0 (module) + 6ES7-193-6BP20-0BA0 (base)
[these are 16-channel 24V digital inputs]
- 6ES7-132-6BH000BA0 (module) + 6ES7-193-6BP20-0DA0 (base)
[this is a 16-channel 24V digital output]

edit: I dont see anything that has to do with motion. Maybe this PLC merely provides safety to some drives that are controlled by other means.
For example there could be contactors in series with the drives. Or the drives has safety inputs for safety functions connected to safety outputs on the PLC.
That, or are the drives on Profinet ? If so, the drives safety may be controlled by the PLC as well.

Jesper,

Thank you for the input, that was helpful.

This is what I have down for the cross right now:

5069-L310ERMS2
5069-IB8S x2
5069-OBV8S
5069-IB16 x2
5069-OB16

I'm thinking that should cover it...?
