So if anyone reads this and is having the same issues... I exchanged many emails along with screenshots last night with larz61 and he is having major PC issues, many years ago I went through the same issues with the IT department back then, they (IT) want control so you have to "keep them in the loop"

The only fix back then for me was to buy a personal laptop and use it... gave theirs back and never had a issue with them again
