CX8090 ERR led

Hi guys, would you please help me with my CX8090 problem ,when turning on the cx8090 the ERR led keeps blinking red for about 3 minutes after that the ERR led went off.
The TC and WD LEDs are off all the time , I replaced the battery but the problem persists.
