DH-485 Configuration Help Needed

Was hoping that, a more knowledge bunch. Would double-check my initial DH-485 configuration. After reading multiple threads and many AB pfd’s. I think that I’m on the right track. But would like to get some informative feedback, before I make any more hardware purchases.

The system consist of:
SLC 5/04 (1747-L542)
PanelView 1000 (2711-T10C9) ?
PanelView 600 (2711-K6C2)

The SLC and the PV600 have already been purchased. From my reading, it looks like I’ll need to go with the Ganged Config. Because the PV600 has a RJ45 plug and that the only way the manual shows an example.

Have included a layout, to hopefully explain a little better!

You show two devices on one of the AIC+ units. Theoretically you can do that, but I've seen funny things happen when you do - the two RS232 ports don't seem to play well with each other.

If your Panelview 600 has a RS-485 port, which you inply since it's tied to the terminal strip of one of the AIC+ modules, tehn you can eliminate that AIC+. If the port on the 600 is RS232 you still need the AIC+, but instead of the 232 connection I'd go terminal strip to terminal strip. See below.
