About the only thing you can do is zip both .rss files and post them or email them to me.

In rslinx, check out the node number of your pc. It could be the same that one of plc.

1. Check the grounding of your system.
2. If it is possible for you:
Replicate the entire setup at another location and try to get it to work there.
If NOT OK (with the new system), then there is an error in the settings or the program. Try to do the same thing in a different manner. Use program examples that work elsewhere for your program.
If OK (with the new system), then proceed by moving components (cables, CPU's) one-by-one from the working system to the nonworking system.
If OK (after moving components), then there was a hardware error somewhere in the old system.
If NOT OK (after moving components), then the error must be electrical (power supply, grounding, interference ..).
