DirectSOFT 5 Programming question

Hello,
Attached is the screen shot of the file that I downloaded from our piece of equipment. It has an old TI330 Simatic PLC.
Could someone explain to me what the first rung is meant to do?
Also the second rung I can't find any reference to C320.
Your help is appreciated.

Rung 1 says to load the value 1 into the accumulator, convert it to binary and write the result to the "word" RC320. C320 is the first bit of the word RC320.
