Dunkermotoren BG65 Siemens Step 7 Motion Control

Has anyone successfully used a Dunkermotoren BG65 servo motor with Siemens Step 7? I have been in contact with Dunkermotoren for weeks now trying to get a pre-written FB from them, but their customer service is awful. I am to the point that I am going to write my own custom FB for motion control, but I wanted to check to see if anyone here had done this before.
