DVP Series : i want to read energy meter (Trinity - TINYPRO-6)data into plc

I am new in PLC please help me to read data registers of energy meter (TRINITY tinypro-6)

i tested on M-Tester it is showing values from range Holding register 3030

and also it contains KWh values in decimal form at 3030 & 3031
but it is showing different values when i change data format to swapped long it is showing real value
