error 32897 in sfc0?

during tring to force hour,minute,seconde of the cpu from pc i get the retval 32897 in sfc0 i dont unterstand the problem
the :
hour is in db28.dbb13 (forced from supervision C)
minute in db 28.dbb14
seconde in db28.dbb15

i have attacehd shot screen for the relieted fuction.
retval 32897:eroor in hour
i obtain the same error when i used FC14 timisss (in ob1)

please some body help me!!!!!!!!!!

What value is being forced into db28.DBB13 ?

My guess is that the data you are forcing is not in BCD format as required for a DATE_AND_TIME variable.
