ewrong aka the censored brand of remote access

this thing is kicking my butt and im not sure if i am just irritated enough that i am missing the obvious or not.

remote site i have never been to or connected to with my computer, coworker connected to it and made some changes via teams during startup (ewrong wasnt activated yet).

i can ping everything at the site, but can not get the plc to show up in rslinx

You must use the Ethernet Devices driver, not the Ethernet I/P driver. EIP driver uses broadcast packets to discover devices, those cannot traverse a router by design.

i saw that in one of your responses in another thread, but was obliviously missing a piece of the puzzle. in my haste i missed the most important part ... the IP address.
