Hi,
Is it just me or does anyone agree that the Alarm editor in FactoryTalkView ME is terrible. After hand typing in several hundred alarm messages I decided to write a utility to make life a bit easier. The utility can generate XML import files from CSV files or CSV files from XML import files.
Just type - 'TagName,Message' into the editor & click process.
Some defaults are assumed but these can be changed using an XML editor or Notepad.

Tested on FTV ME V6.10

Paul.
