Failed to create project file-Module profile could not be found(Studio 5000)

Hello Dear Plc expert

I can not create the project on studio 5000 or Rslogix 5000, If I chose compact logix CPU (1769 L18ERM BB1B) but If chose controllogix Cpu, there is no problem and the project is created.

Error message that i get below picture if chose compact logix cpu.

Please look at below picture and share your opinion.(Like title)

thanks in advance.

Note: Rslogix 5000 V20 and Studio 5000 V34(multi) that installed on my computer.
