Hi,

For some reason FT Diagnostic tool is not working on our scada machine. The thing is that the IT guy setup FTView to be hosted in the scada but can be developed on from a different machine. When I run the client or even the screen on the development machine the FT Diagnostic Screen works as expected but when I open it on the scada machine all I see is a hash displayed where the activeX component should be. I'm thinking that either something is not pointing to the right direction/folder or that there is an issue with the activeX component. What say you guys?

FTView verion 12.00.00

You probably need to check your Diagnostics Setup. Usually found at "C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockwell Software\RSView Enterprise\DiagnosticsSetup.exe"
