FTView missing Signatureocx.CAB

I'm working on modifying some screen on FTview created by a contractor and some of them have active X components missing. On some of them I've been able to copy the file from another machine and install them. My question is where are these files coming from. I mean, if I didn't have access to the other machine that have these files then were would I get them? In particular this Signatureocx.CAB file. I can't find this one at the moment.
