FUJI PLC + P&F RFID interface

I have fuji WSZ series PLC and pepperl & fuchs RFID (IQTF116R4MV1) reader
I need a help to communicate rfid to plc via rs485 (port 2 of PLC)
need.
send command string 'ER01000101#CR' so I can read the tag .

According to the manual this may not be possible with your current controller. The ports can only be set up for Fuji Communication Protocol or Modbus Slave.

Same question where i use o P & F's IQT1 - 18GM - R4 - V1 P&F'S RFID. What command should i use to send to the plc?
