GE 90-30 PLC and execuation cycle

Hi experts!
I develop a programme by using above PLC model of GE. I want to know how its execuation cycle complete becuase i think i face some problem when test it. actually i want to know the cycle starts from the beginning read the inputs control the outputs. But when it update the registers value? Becuase i think some rungs may be relocate?
Actually i want to know its complete theory and tips to develop a programme?
If any friend have litrature about the tips and cycle please send me.
