We have a young engineer with no PLC experience but plenty of aptitude. We want to get her up to speed on Control Logix and Micro Logix. In a perfect world we'd send her to to an Allen Bradley class for a week, but we checked into that and the scheduling just isn't going to work.

Also, it wouldn't hurt for me to get some training on these platforms also. I have a ton of experience with PLC 5s and SLC 500s but haven't laid hands on a Control Logix or Micro Logix yet.

Can anyone suggest good online courses?

thanks

PLC 5, SLC and MicroLogix use similar software RSLogix 500 and RSLogix 5, for the most part the MicroLogix will be the same as the SLC

If it was me... buy a small system and build a small project and start learning, we sell ControlLogix and MicroLogix trainers and you can buy one of them and start or build your own, then you can learn on your own time and schedule
