Fred, be sure to take a good look at the float switches I provided in the link I posted earlier. I'm pretty sure they are what you need. (high pressure & temp, all stainless construction). Dont go cheap. They are only $60.00 or so and work very well in harsh conditions.

That's great. Good luck with it Fred, I think it would be a cheap and reliable solution. It works for us anyway...
