Hello all,

I know in the past it's been the case that we wanted to limit the total number of GSV calls per scan of the PLC.

Is that still the case?
Is there somewhere that this recommendation is documented?

I wouldn't worry.

Instruction execution times are documented and GSVs are no more expensive than other function calls. Some might deliver more or less data adding a bit of time compared to another instance of the call on another PLC.

I had a project with multiple GSV a while ago and I ended up using timers to so that the GSV's got triggered one at a time sequentially. Instead of executing all at the same time
