Has anyone worked with a Horner PLC/HMI before?

Hi All
Got lumped on me from a customer a issue with a horner HMI/PLC unresponsive and locking up. Sadly they only had the .PGM file not a project file. I have acquired the CSCAPE software but am unable to open the .PGM file. Has anyone been stuck in the same situation and know a work around to at least see the file so I can do some temporary relay logic?

The PGM file is for the flash drive backup. This can then be used to restore the program into the Horner PLC.
The only way to use the file is to upload to a controller and then connect using Cscape software.

I always found Horner tech support responsive. Try talking to them.
